The Faculty of Computers and Information at Mansoura University is pleased to offer its students the general conditions for admission to postgraduate studies
The College of Computers and Information announces the opening of the door for admission to pre-master’s studies for the following specializations:
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- business information technology
The Department of Applied Programs for the Postgraduate Studies Department announces the opening of registration for the diploma and master’s degrees for the following specializations:
- Information Security
- business information technology
- GIS
Those wishing to apply for registration in the programs should head to the Graduate Studies Department with the required documents

The sector announces that the following papers from the master's and doctoral degrees have been completed upon registration
The International Computer Driving License (ICDL) certificate approved by the Scientific Computation Center at the university or the ITC Center at the College of Science
A certified and documented statement from the University’s Digital Library Projects Department that the thesis topics are not registered in any of the Egyptian universities by searching on the Egyptian library portal (the process completion receipt).
English Language Certificate (TOEFL) Toefl Paper Based Score approved by any AMIDEAST branch. The latest modifications to the language test.
The approval of the Scientific Research Committee on the title of the thesis in the registration papers to achieve the objectives of the Scientific Research Ethics Committee, especially supporting the application of scientific research ethics at all levels.
Communicating the similarity from the central library by not repeating the title of the message
Not to write any data or dates on the postgraduate forms by hand, and in the case of any handwritten book on the forms and reports
Postgraduate studies need to be signed and approved by the college seal.
Not setting a date for discussing the letter until after the sector’s prosecution approved the formation of a committee to discuss and judge.
Not to add researchers from other than the supervising committee on the research extracted from the thesis until after obtaining the approval of the department council and provided that the number does not exceed one researcher only, provided that this is applied to new records.
Cancellation of the procedure for foreign students applying to study at their own expense to obtain a letter from their embassy in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
General Terms
The student must be full-time while studying, or a letter from the employer stating that he has been free for at least two days
The student is prohibited from taking the written exam for any course if he does not meet a minimum score of 75%
Admission rules for master's students each year:
Acceptance of graduates of the Faculty of Computers and Information is as follows:
Graduates of students of the Faculty of Computers and Information in the same specialization according to their cumulative grades, provided that their grade is not less than good
Students who hold a diploma in the same major (two years) in the department with a cumulative grade of no less than good, provided that the first university degree is in the same major
Students of the Faculty of Computers and Information in other disciplines
Graduates of the corresponding colleges, with a cumulative grade of no less than good
