In light of the continuous growth in scientific and technical developments and applications of computer science and information technology in all areas of life and its great impact on the development of societies and peoples’ lives, and keeping pace with Mansoura University, represented by the Faculty of Computers and Information, Mansoura University, for the state’s strategy in pursuing this development in a desire to develop the surrounding environment and maximize The national income resulting from these modern applications by graduating a distinguished generation capable of local competition in the design and implementation of modern technological applications in a manner that meets the needs of the labor market in the local, regional and international market. The college has studied advanced educational programs in the field of computer science, information system and technology in international, regional and local universities And benefiting from its experiences in this field and in line with the general orientation of the state and the university, and ended up preparing a distinguished academic program to study the basics and applications of artificial intelligence, one of the most important disciplines of computer science and information technology required to bridge the knowledge gap at the local, regional and international levels at the present time and in the future.

To understand, acquire, create, share, and apply concepts, knowledge, and algorithms of Artificial Intelligence with other fields in Computer Science and Data Science for the benefits of society, real world applications, and community services, to apply Artificial Intelligence in interdisciplinary domains with a high degree of professionalism, to guide the digital smart  transformation strategy and to able, to provide society with specialized scientific competencies qualified to compete in the labor market, and to conduct distinguished practical research to serve the community and effectively contribute to its progress.
