The college's strategic plan adopted a set of strategic goals and objectives, which represent an expression of its vision, a true translation of its mission, and a product of the four-way analysis that included all sectors of the college, which highlighted its true reality. The goals represent the possible objectives that the college aspires to during the next five years, from 2021 to 2025. The following is a presentation of the college's final goals and the desired strategic objective for each of them.

The first goal: to improve institutional capacity and the existence of a system of governance in accordance with quality standards.
Objective 1: continuous development of the capabilities of faculty members and their assistants.
Objective 2: developing human resources in the administrative apparatus and improve the efficiency of administrative performance.
Objective 3: modernization and maintenance of laboratories and classrooms.
Objective 4: raising the efficiency of the use of information technology in the college.
Objective 5: supporting academic freedom and intellectual protection within the framework of the value system.
Objective 6: systems for governance, follow-up and internal audit.

The second goal: to improve the educational effectiveness of the college in accordance with quality standards.
Objective 1: supporting the educational process for a distinguished graduate who is able to compete to achieve the college's vision and mission.
Objective 2: developing a system to manage the educational process in the college.
Objective 3: developing e-learning, summer training and graduation projects.
Objective 4: creating programs and mechanisms to support student services.

The third goal: to improve the quality of scientific research and research projects with openness to the world's cultures and different sources of knowledge.
Objective 1: existence of a research plan for the college.
Objective 2: to develop and diversify the sources of funding for the research process and ensure its sustainability.
Objective 3: modernization of infrastructure and automation of services.
Objective 4: to advance scientific research in the college.
Objective 5: to support student and faculty exchanges and international cooperation.

The fourth goal: to develop community participation and maximizing the college’s role in community service and environmental development.
