Enrollment requirements:
The original Bachelor's degree.
The original transcript of grades for a non-graduate of the college.
The original equivalency certificate for the equivalent private higher institutes.
A copy of the national ID card.
The original birth certificate.
Employer approval.
Five personal photos.

Registration requirements:-
The original Bachelor's degree.
The original statement of the status (success) Preliminary / Master, evidence of passing the Master (PhD).
A knowledge bank form for a student from abroad.
A profile from the inside of the assisting body.
Ethics statement notifying the Central Library of the lack of similarity.
Employer approval.

Degree requirements:
After public discussion and making the required corrections, individual and group reports are approved in the competent councils.
A copy of the thesis bound according to the regulation of the system and preparation of the submission of scientific theses according to the text of Article 27 of the regulation.
Notification of delivery of: Central Library, College Library.

Requirements for amending the supervisory committees:
Amending the supervision committees is either: addition, removal, replacement
In the case of lifting: the supervisor's apology is justified.
In case of substitution: the approval of the co-supervisor and the apology of the other supervisor.
In the case of addition: the approval of both the main supervisor and the co-supervisor, stating the reason for the addition.
And all of them are approved according to the approvals of the competent councils.

Requirements to modify the title of the message:
A request from the main supervisor to amend the title with the justification.
Ethics statement.
Central Library notification.

Requirements to extend registration:
Cumulative report from the date of approval of the registration
The main supervisor's request, indicating the required extension period.
Fine tide sheet reimbursement expenses.
Requirements for forming a judging and discussion committee:
The main supervisor submits a request to form a judging and discussion committee for the relevant department council.
Attachments:
A validation report approved by the supervisors and the college coordinator for quotation.
Language pass document.
Ethics statement.
A copy of the cover letter. Arabic / English, Supervising Committee: Arabic English.
A statement about the publication of a search.

Requirements for amending the judging and discussion committee:
Request an apology from the arbitrator for reasons.
Requirements to stop registration or registration:
First: From the inside: Compulsory when obtaining a special degree.
Second: From abroad: at his request for special circumstances.
One of the conditions of suspension is that no procedure related to the dissertation or exam must be completed.

The student submits an official application after obtaining the approval of the competent councils.

Requirements for cancellation of registration or registration:
First, at his request.
Second: At the request of the main supervisor after obtaining the approval of the department council to warn the student, he is warned with three warnings, an interval of 15 days between each warning and the other, and when the three warnings are met, the concerned scientific department is addressed to complete the cancellation or not.
