The University Council decided, in its session today, 30/9/2019, to approve the following amendments to the regulations for graduate studies:

1- Obtaining a language certificate is a prerequisite for discussing thesis in practical colleges and not a requirement for registration.

Which led to the termination of study and discussions through enrollment, which is the same requirement in theoretical colleges

2- The English language certificate is obtained only once, whether in a master’s or doctoral degree, provided that it is valid when it is submitted.

3- The place is unified to pass the TOEFL exam for scientific sections taught in English, you will be welcomed 433 degrees for masters and doctorate.
